Students from "Georgi Dimitrov ”High School in the EU InfoCentre
About 40 students from the High School "Georgi Dimitrov "in
Skopje visited the EU InfoCentre in Skopje as a part of the
Project “Open doors for Students”.
The students attended a presentation on the history of the
European Union and its institutions, as well as about the
opportunities available for the students. Following the lecture,
they took part in a Questions & Answers session and a short EU
Quiz.
The EU InfoCentre opened its doors for students from primary and
secondary schools as well as for university students. The aim is
to establish regular communication and to widen the knowledge
about EU matters through direct contact. The long-term approach
of the activity entitled “Open doors for students” is to provide
information and foster communication with the youth. Groups of
students from more than a dozen schools visited the EU
InfoCentre in last seven months.
