Students from "Georgi Dimitrov ”High School in the EU InfoCentre


About 40 students from the High School "Georgi Dimitrov "in Skopje visited the EU InfoCentre in Skopje as a part of the Project “Open doors for Students”.

The students attended a presentation on the history of the European Union and its institutions, as well as about the opportunities available for the students. Following the lecture, they took part in a Questions & Answers session and a short EU Quiz.

The EU InfoCentre opened its doors for students from primary and secondary schools as well as for university students. The aim is to establish regular communication and to widen the knowledge about EU matters through direct contact. The long-term approach of the activity entitled “Open doors for students” is to provide information and foster communication with the youth. Groups of students from more than a dozen schools visited the EU InfoCentre in last seven months.
