Creativity and Innovation days in the EU InfoCentre
The European Union Mission will organise several activities in
order to mark 2009 as the European Year of Creativity and
Innovation. These activities will aim at raising the awareness
about the importance of creativity and innovation for personal,
social and economic development. They will help in disseminating
good practices, stimulating education and research, and
promoting policy debate on related issues.
The EU Mission will organise three main events in the course of
April which are related to the main topics of the Year of
Creativity and Innovation:
- 15 April, 10.30:
creative workshop where a group of children will express
their innovative views about the robotics and will draw on
the topic “Robots of the third millennium”;
- 16 April, 11.00:
presentation of EU 7th Framework Programme for Research - FP7 to
the possible beneficiaries such as university staff,
researchers, business community, civil society, public
administration, etc.;
- 21 April, 19.00:
opening ceremony of the exhibition “Creativity and
innovations in everyday life” – presentation of number of
innovations by Macedonian innovators awarded at
international competitions.
All three events will take place at the EU InfoCentre, at M.
H. Jasmin 52 v, Skopje.
